Hydrographic data of a closed harbor are taken continuously over an extended period using dedicated observation systems to establish conservation plans
and pollution mechanisms of the fisheries ground environments in the harbor. Systems are proposed, designed and deployed in consideration of the data type,
location and structure of observation buoys and methods of their mooring and maintenance, to best meet the harbor use and aquatic environment.
Data can be delivered real time to all stakeholders via personal computers and cellular phones on the Internet.
